Born and educated in Sydney. Penny is a third generation artist.

Studied at Ku-ring-gai Art Centre with Mary Ferguson and at North Sydney Community Cantre with John McConnochie, studying drawing and painting.

Online art courses with Este MacLeod, studying drawing, painting and mixed media.

Penny enjoys painting with acrylics and exploring a variety of mixed media techniques including mono printing. Colour, line and pattern are a constant source of inspiration, within her sketchbooks and her paintings.
